ABSTRACT
This study was carried out to investigate the effect of various levels of Vernonia amagdalina on the hematological parameters of one hundred and ninety eight (198) arbor acre broiler birds. The experiment lasted for 6 weeks and was divided into two (2) phases, 0-3 weeks and 4-6 weeks. The birds were randomly selected and sub-divided into 6 dietary treatments with 3 replicates, each replicate contained eleven (11) birds in a complete randomized design in a deep litter system.
