ABSTRACT
Salmonella species are among the leading causes of foodborne gastrointestinal diseases, frequently transmitted through poultry products. This study investigated the microbial load, prevalence, and antimicrobial resistance profiles of Salmonella spp from poultry sources. A total of 144 samples, comprising 72 poultry feed samples and 72 fecal dropping samples, were analyzed using standard culturing techniques on bacteriological media.
